Madan Bhandari Assassination Case was one of the most unfortunate happenings in the history of communalist politics of Nepal. Madan Bhandari is remembered as a people’s leader of Nepal and as an influential speaker in South Asia.
It was the ill-fated day on 16th of March in 1993, when leader Bhandari died in a car accident at Dasdhunga in Chitwan. In the car accident, central committee member of CPN-UML, Jiba Raj Ashrit, also died. But, car driver Amar Lama survived the accident. Leader Bhandari was the General Secretary of CPN-UML then. Immediately after the incident, an investigation was led by Police Inspector Kiran Kunwar. When he was about to discover the conceivable murder conspiracy, Kunwar quit the investigation after personal threats. Seemingly an accident, the Madan Bhandari Assassination Case was a political treachery.

Bhatbhateni super market is among the biggest super market in Nepal. It is the leading super market in Nepal. Bhatbhateni has hundreds of branches all over Nepal and majority of the are situated in Kathmandu.
The super market is a symbol of what luxury is and thousands of people shop there very day. It also has online services. The super market also has a very reasonable price as compared to other super markets in Nepal and the products there are also quality products. This is what we think about the super market but there are many secrets about the super market which have finally been revealed.
In this video uploaded on YouTube it can be seen how Bhatbhateni super market is cheating and robbing us. As shown in the video a customer bought rice from there. Externally it can be seen that the rice is ‘Jeera Masino’. But the customer looks at the label closely and it is juts a sticker. When he peels the sticker off, ‘Sona masino’ can be see. The type of rice is cheaper than the ‘Jeera masino’. The customer goes to the market to inquiry about it but the manager stops him and instead of cooperating he tries to scold and tells him to shut the camera off.
Similarly, in other part a man bought a pack of toilet paper and tissue paper. In the label the prices are 233 and 134, but in the bill the prices increase by 10% and end up costing 251 and 346. The man openly makes the video at the shop and confronts about the secret 10% the super market adds in all the products that is sold there.
Similarly, few months back the super market sold C grade rice which was not even edible to earthquake victims. This created a huge chaos back then too.

Today, companies offer a broad range of guaranteed and non-guaranteed life insurance policies. A guaranteed policy is one in which the insurer assumes all the risk and contractually guarantees the death benefit in exchange for a set premium payment. If investments underperform or expenses go up, the insurer has to absorb the loss. With a non-guaranteed policy the owner, in exchange for a lower premium and possibly better return, is assuming much of the investment risk as well as giving the insurer the right to increase policy fees. If things don’t work out as planned, the policy owner has to absorb the cost and pay a higher premium. Term Policies Term life insurance is guaranteed. The premium is set at issue and clearly stated right in the policy. An annual renewable term policy has a premium that goes up every year. A level term policy has an initially higher premium that does not change for a set period, usually 10, 20 or 30 years, and then becomes annual renewable term with a premium based on your attained age.

One can unpack the election at many levels: The mathematical advantage the Mahagathbandhan had; the several micro stories in different regions of Bihar. But there is no question that this election was a vote against hubris and arrogance, two besetting sins in a democracy. Amit Shah’s poisonous and contemptuous statement that a vote for Nitish Kumar would be a cause for celebration in Pakistan was the most powerful manifestation of a sense that the BJP was not only insinuating hate but also expressing contempt for the voter. The voter has spoken back in turn. It is also an indication that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s sense of entitlement that his persona is enough to claim the voter’s allegiance has been broken. Admittedly, this was a state election. But it is an indication that even on development results on the ground, the Modi government’s record is not decisively compelling.

Birendra was the first Nepali monarch to receive a formal education, studying abroad in India, the UK, Japan and even at Harvard University (from 1967-1968). Upon his return he married Aishwarya Rana (yes from that Rana family) in 1970 and had three children: Prince Dipendra (1971), Princess Shruti (1976) and Prince Nirajan (1977).On the night of June 1st much of the royal family gathered for an evening together including uncles, aunts and cousins. Missing from the party was Prince Gyanendra, younger brother to the king and potential heir (if Birendra and his two sons could no longer perform the duties as king). Following an evening of heavy drinking, and still angry at his family, Dipendra was upset when he was scolded by his father for “misbehaving” at the gathering and told to leave the party. An hour later Dipendra showed up dressed in military fatigues with an MP5K and M16 and started shooting up the room, killing his father, sister, uncle, aunts, and a few other family members while wounding several others. His mother and brother escaped the room but confronted the prince in the garden, where he killed both of them, shooting the queen multiple times in the face (it was so badly damaged that her face was covered with a mask for the cremation ceremony). Before any guards arrived Dipendra turned the gun on himself.

Kathmandu is the capital and largest metropolitan city of Nepal. The city is the urban core of the Kathmandu Valley in the Himalayas, which also contains two sister cities namely Patan or Lalitpur, 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) to its southeast and Bhaktapur, 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) to its east. It is also acronymed as 'KTM'.
The city stands at an elevation of approximately 1,400 metres (4,600 ft) in the bowl-shaped valley in central Nepal surrounded by four major mountains, namely: Shivapuri, Phulchowki, Nagarjun and Chandragiri. It is inhabited by 671,846 (2001) people. The Kathmandu valley with its three districts including Kathmandu District accounts for a population density of only 97 per square kilometres whereas Kathmandu metropolitan city has a density of 13,225 per square kilometres. It is by far the largest urban agglomerate in Nepal, accounting for 20% of the urban population in an area of 5,067 hectares (12,520 acres) (50.67 square kilometres (19.56 sq mi)).
Kathmandu is not only the capital of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal but also the headquarters of the Central Region (Madhyamanchal) among the five development regions constituted by the 14 administrative zones of Nepal located at the central part of the country. The Central region has three zones namely, Bagmati, Narayani and Janakpur. Kathmandu is located in the Bagmati Zone.

Before any guards arrived Dipendra turned the gun on himself. Prince Dipendra survived his suicide attempt for three days, and was proclaimed king while in a coma. He died on June 4, 2001. While Dipendra lie in his coma his uncle Gyanendra (remember, the one conveniently missing from the party?) maintained the deaths were an “accident” but once Dipendra had died full blame was placed on him. The country went through a period of national mourning—many people including P’s dad—shaved their heads as a symbol of death in their family, since the king was the “father” of the nation and revered as a god. The country was already embroiled in a civil war, and now they were without a symbolic figurehead. Some people in Nepal suspected that Gyanendra was responsible for the massacre, and that Dipendra was blamed so that Gyanendra could take the throne. He was third in line to the throne (after Birendra, Dipendra and Prince Nirajan) and had been conveniently out of town during the party. It’s true that his son and wife were at the party and were wounded, but both survived (his son with only minor injuries). Feeding these rumors is the allegation that Dipendra was mortally wounded by a gunshot to the left side of his head, while he was right-handed, casting doubt on whether the injury was self-inflicted.

The viability of polygraphs is wrangled in established researchers. In 2001, a noteworthy portion of mainstream researchers considered polygraphy to be pseudoscience. Doctor and the dietitian has suggested that in a day you need to drink minimum 8 glass water nearly 2 liters of water. But the amount of water depends upon the weight of the body. How much weight requires how much water we should know that:

Firstly know your weight. To know how much water your body requires you need to your weight. Because the need of water of the people who weigh 46 and 80 kg are different.
Water has various important role in the body it takes out all the poisonous elements of the body and helps in metabolism and digestion of the body as well.

Drink water like this:

Know your weight of the body and divide it with 30. Whatever the results comes you need to drink the same amount of water. Like if you weigh 60 than you need to drink 2 liters of water, if 80 than you need to drink 2.6 liters of water.

During exercise drinking heavy water

During exercise the sweat comes through your body and the amount of water lacks in the body. So due to the lack of water the dryness and the digestive problems occurs. So during exercise you need to drink 1 glass on water in every 1 hour. Similarly fruits and the juice too will be required.
To fulfill the level of water in the body it is not necessary only to drink the water. For example one apple contains 116 milliliter water similarly watermelon, orange also contains good amount of water in it.

Whitening Yellow Teeth
OTC products such as Toothbrush and Whitening Pen can lift yellow tones in your teeth by removing stains and providing a mild bleaching effect when used as directed. Other products include whitening trays and even mouthrinses.
Discolorations are generally responsive to bleaching procedures, and dentists can advise on how to whiten yellow teeth depending on your case. Your dentist can provide bleaching kits to take home and use over a period of time, as well as in-office bleaching procedures. However, he or she might recommend waiting until all your child's permanent front teeth have appeared before using a bleaching treatment, so that newer teeth aren't a different color than bleached baby teeth.
With so many ways to treat yellow teeth, there's no reason to hide a beautiful smile.
When brushing twice a day and flo
ssing doesn't help improve your yellow teeth, it's time to consider other options. Teeth become yellow due to stains – both deep and surface-level – as well as other causes that sometimes aren't under our control. Whether the discoloration is due to staining or other factors, several over-the-counter (OTC) products can improve tooth color, and your dentist can also offer preventative advice on how to whiten yellow teeth.
What Causes Yellow Teeth?

Although coffee and cigarettes leave stains on your teeth over time, thin tooth enamel also makes teeth look yellow. Tooth enamel is the hard, white surface of your teeth, and underneath it is a pale brown substance called dentin. Thick enamel looks white, but thin enamel allows dentin tones to show through, making teeth look yellow from the outside. Enamel naturally wears thin as people age, but acids from foods and drinks such as sour candies, oranges and soda also thin the enamel by eroding its surface. Carole Palmer, head of the Division of Nutrition and Oral Health Promotion at Tufts University, tells Tufts Now that even chewable vitamin C tablets are acidic.
Saliva neutralizes acid and washes it away, but people suffering from dry mouth miss out on this protective effect. For example, children who breathe through their mouths due to blocked nasal passages can prevent saliva from remoisturizing the mouth when it's closed – putting them at risk of developing thin tooth enamel. Medline Plussays that in rare cases, inherited diseases also cause very thin enamel.

Nepal’s leg spinning sensation Sandeep Lamichhane on Wednesday left for Hong Kong to participate in the Hong Kong Blitz Twenty20 cricket tournament where he will join Australia’s World Cup winning captain Michael Clarke.

Lamichhane will play for Kowloon Cantons in the three-day tournament initiated for the first time by Hong Kong Cricket Association.
Lamichhane made his way into the event following an initiation from British cricketer Scott McKechnie who invited the 16-year old after watching the spinner during his November’s tour of Nepal with Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC).
Lamichhane will get a lifetime opportunity to play alongside 2015 ICC World Cup winning captain Clarke, who retired from international cricket in August last year. Clarke on Wednesday said he was eager to compete in the tournament.
“Looking forward to #HKT20Blitz this weekend, playing with #kowlooncantons,” tweeted Clarke. McKechnie will lead the Cantons side that also includes Ryan Campbell, former Australian and current Hong Kong cricketer alongside Babar Hayat, Tanvir Ahmed, Najiba Amar and Simadip Singh. Rude Bar Island Warriors, Hung Hom JD Jaguars and Gii Lantau Galaxy Riders are the other three teams in the tournament.
Lamichhane hogged a global limelight with an impressive performance in the ICC U-19 World Cup held in Bangladesh earlier this year. He had taken 14 wickets including a hat-trick against Ireland to finish as the second leading wicket taker of the tournament

Johnny is an aspiring actor and a report in Bollywoodlife said he was supposed to make his Bollywood debut with a movie titled "Sun Ladki," which has not seen the light of the day. A teenager died on Wednesday while swimming at Rockaway Beach in Queens in what officials said was the first drowning of the year at a public city beach, just days before lifeguards would take their posts for the summer season. The authorities were called shortly after 2:30 p.m. to the boardwalk near 67th Street, where, the police said, a 19-year-old man was struggling in the water. Teams of divers and boats were sent to look for him. Divers from the New York Fire Department found him unconscious and unresponsive after he had been in the water for nearly an hour, the authorities said. The man was taken to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, where he was pronounced dead, the authorities said. His name has not been released.

Chunni Deuja, 34, is lying on a bed with three other patients. Sometimes she wiggles uncomfortably in the tight space. Sometimes she moans aloud. Two needles peek out of a blood vessel near the wrist of her left hand. The needles, one to capture the impure blood and the other to return the blood after purifying it, are attached to the whirring dialysis machine next to the bed.

Deuja has been suffering from kidney disease for the last three years. Both of her kidneys are damaged. She has been undergoing hemo-dialysis, a process which purifies blood with an artificial kidney for years.

Deuja visits Bir Hospital twice a week at a cost of 2500 rupees, or $35, per visit. “I’ll have to undergo this treatment until my death and now I feel it is better to die than continue this [dialysis],” she says from her hospital bed.

The mountainous states of India, and the nations of Nepal and Bhutan share one of the world’s greatest freshwater resources -- water from the snows of the Himalayas and the monsoons which the mountains create. More than 1.4 billion people depend on water from the rivers of the Himalaya, with the eastern rivers like the Ganges much more dependent on rain and groundwater than on direct flow from glaciers. Glacier melt is only 4 percent of the annual 220,000 billion cubic meters of flow for the rivers of Nepal, which feed the Ganges, as estimated in a recent report. One of these rivers is the Trisuli, in this photograph flowing down past Betrawati from the Langtang region of central Nepal.

Friday, February 19, 2016, 2:07 PM – A river flowing with water hot enough to burn sounds like something out of a nightmare, or a legend told to frighten. And, for most of his life, Peruvian geoscientist Andrés Ruzo thought it was just that.Tantalized by his grandparents with childhood stories of a mythical boiling river, heated by the serpent spirit Yacumama, it wasn’t until he was pursuing a PhD in geophysics that Ruzo began to wonder if there was some truth at the root of the legend. Unusually warm rivers aren’t unheard of, after all; but they go hand in hand with volcanic activity, and the site of the river his grandparents spoke of was more than 700 km from the nearest active volcano.Despite being discouraged by his academic peers, in 2011 Ruzo decided to take a chance on his grandmother’s insistence that she’d seen the steamy banks in person, and was rewarded with more than 6 kilometers of river hot enough to scald the skin and cook animals alive.

Even though the goal was scored in the German fourth tier, the free-kick routine by Rot-Weiss Essen was straight out of the top drawer.

Trailing 2-0 against Wattenscheid 09 last weekend, Essen’s Benedikt Koep produced a special goal as the side clawed their way back into the game as it finished 2-2.

With six players surrounding the ball, two players feinted to go for the ball at the same time, a ploy to confuse the goalkeeper. Koep then stepped forward and bent a brilliant left-footed free-kick into the top corner.Japanese second division side Kyoto Sanga came up with a stunning free-kick routine to claim victory over Yokohama.

Their dummy-tastic routine saw five players line up to take it.

The ball was touched by the fourth player before the fifth player rifled home into the top corner

The Lord Buddha was born in 623 BC in the sacred area of Lumbini located in the Terai plains of southern Nepal, testified by the inscription on the pillar erected by the Mauryan Emperor Asoka in 249 BC. Lumbini is one of the holiest places of one of the world's great religions, and its remains contain important evidence about the nature of Buddhist pilgrimage centres from as early as the 3rd century BC. The complex of structures within the archaeological conservation area includes the Shakya Tank; the remains within the Maya Devi Temple consisting of brick structures in a cross-wall system dating from the 3rd century BC to the present century and the sandstone Ashoka pillar with its Pali inscription in Brahmi script. Additionally there are the excavated remains of Buddhist viharas (monasteries) of the 3rd century BC to the 5th century AD and the remains of Buddhist stupas (memorial shrines) from the 3rd century BC to the 15th century AD. The site is now being developed as a Buddhist pilgrimage centre, where the archaeological remains associated with the birth of the Lord Buddha form a central feature.

After a month-long protest against the police raid in some manpower firms, the Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies held talks with the Ministry of Labour and Employment to sort out the disputes. Manpower firms had suspended operations as a protest against the police raid and only resumed operations after the MoLE called them for talks on March 31. However, the talks between MoLE and NAFEA are yet to come to any concrete conclusion. Deepak Bohara, Minister for LabourWe have to know about the issue in detail. When the earlier government had enforced ‘free visa, free ticket’ provision last year, manpower firms had launched protest for a month against the government’s move then too. Back then too there was an agreement between the government and manpower firms after the government convinced them that it would consider the issues raised by manpower firms after analysing the impact of the ‘free visa, free ticket’ provision after a few months of its implementation. In the meantime, the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) and the police had made the monitoring strict. The police raided some manpower firms on charges that they were swindling money from foreign job aspirants, which is the cause of the recent protest. I asked foreign employment agencies to withdraw the protest and sit for talks. Now, we are looking at the best possible ways for a long-term solution of such problems and seeking cooperation from manpower agencies to reform the sector.
